For those who think MLB is bemoaning the Twins still in it
One of the worst ratings up to that time was the Yankees/Mets World Series in 2000. The reason was that outside of that NY Metropolitan area; few people truly cared.
MLB would like to see Yankees/Cardinals as the Cards have a huge midwest population. Gammons said yesterday that the Dodgers are no longer a huge national draw (Which surprised me)
But would it not be fun to see a Twins/Rockies series; and at least you know the AL games would all be played
