Neat items (and thanks that someone is finally posting about books!)
The Smitty book is quite common, but most often found in horrid condition, given its cardboard covers and intended audience. I have seen many, if not most, with crayon markings.
It actually does come with a dust jacket, copy pictured below (this is actually my trading dupe--I don't have a scan of the nicer dj
) (edited to add: can't tell if you smitty has a dj--in any case, a very nice copy)
I'm also posting a copy of Red Pepper, while along the theme, is decidedly intended for the adult audience
