I have bought several of these over the years and the prices can be all over the board. All of them I cut out quite easily.

The condition can be spotty, but there are some gems out there.

I bought a Ed Karger in one of those holders for $30. Not a bad deal.

I have also heard of examples of trimmed cards being found, though I have never come across one.
