I just don't like GAI at all. But, to answer your question, yes I believe any card graded by GAI is worth less than the same card raw or the same card graded by SGC or PSA.
Back to the initial question, I didn't give a good look at the seller's history and was just looking at the cards themselves. Hopefully, the auctions are OK. Some really nice cards there.
