That Orange Border box image was from an auction lot I cut from an old auction catalog included in SCD's back in the late 1990s-2002 era (Lipset I think). I recognize the green doodle bid in the bottom right corner. I'll see if I can find the catalog and see if that $1400 was the winning bid or what I wanted to bid
