I'm a Cardinals fan. But I think that major league baseball pissed away part of their tradition when they abandoned Opening Day at Cincinnati. That is where the first game should be every season. Tradition can't be bought, it is a product of doing something correctly for a significant period of time. Baseball had that, and pissed it away.
