Despite the regular postage increases, I've noticed a real fall off in the quality of service. Besides the general malaise at the post office itself, many of the packages I ship are getting to customers really late. And I am always answering emails asking if I sent out their orders, which I always do very quickly. It's just like everything else, it just keeps getting worse.
