That's not the first time they've done that. I had this Fred Clarke batting pose that was labeled as a Clark Griffith.

I sent it back to them along with a regular submission (and the pictured T205 Frank Baker that was labeled as a T206), and they reholdered both for free. That way, it didn't cost me anything.
