Well... speaking just for myself (as both a bidder and consignor) they have been good to me. Payments have always been in full, and made within 30 days. Furthermore, they have quite a few nice items closing tonight, which I have my eye on.

I am sorry to hear about all of your problems... I think that when autograph lots are submitted (and fail to pass JSA), it causes delays and short-pays. Hope you get reconciled in quick fashion from here, forward.
