Rob, I have also tried to contact jsa on numerous ocasions, to inquire on there authentication process for Bricol. I had them say 4 psa dna hollogramed photos were no good. I have never recieved any response from them. Unfortuantly you will never recieve your money or credit from Bricol. I also got thru to Shannon on the last night of there last auction, as soon as i said my name she hung up on me and then when I tried to call back it was there voice mail. I have Shannon's cell number if you are interested in it, email me and I will send it to you.
