Kevin---I based my list on the old Lew Lipset Encyclopedia...and hadn't noticed the Gaston additions. Thanks for pointing it out--I have added them to the above list. When I have time will check over/compare lists to make sure I am not missing anything else.

Rhett--I noticed the mismatched cards on the VCP site (first time checking, a nice site) and only eliminated ones I could figure out based upon the front. Thanks.
