Dave HornishOK, there has been some limited debate on this previously but I am organizing some of my files and clippings and keep encountering references the mask/plaque/whatchamacallit was a premium offer on the side panel of high number wax packs.
I have yet to see a visual reference to this wrapper anywhere or seen any other information that pegs the Mantle as a Topps item. Can anyone show a scan of the wrapper or provide other evidence?
