Default 2 Scarce Minor League Sets Pricing???

What are realistic prices that one would expect to pay for the following two minor league sets:

1980 Charlotte w/Cal Ripken Jr.
1980 Reading w/Ryne Sandberg

I believe that both of these are pretty scarce. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
