These appear to be, or are very similar to, the 1963 Post Pennants. The Post pennants are about 3.5" long and have a cloth feel to them. There are instructions on the reverse as to how to attach the pennants. I believe they were originally packaged as American and National League. If you are interested in selling them, I would be interested, particularly in the Phillies pennant.
