Andy,

I have a 4 x 5 Oaks picture which looks very similar to yours. Supposedly Maxwell Hardware gave out Oaks pictures in 1948. Wonder if they had different sized pictures, maybe over multiple years??? You might ask Macrae - I first heard about Maxwell Hardware from him.
