Jason, no prob! Hard to say whether my reply was applicable to your cards or not. If the difference in grade was that small on your two cards then I think that's pretty good deal to be downgraded by that small amount.
I always think that Topps '64 never get as many kudos as they deserve. IMO, I really like their big wide open design. Have fun with them!
