I do not have medical x-ray equipment but I have tremendous super computer technology and programs and put them to the test to try to find out what is inside those packs.....
I took your original image....
I then cranked up some super look under layer programming
I then cranked it up even further - adding tremendous peek below capabilities.
It is obvious that you should open those packs.....
