Anthony's 1971 Topps Super box reminds about an Alan Rosen story. About 25 years ago at a NJ show, Mr. Mint was running a live auction. An unopened box of the 71's was opened for $225. No one was bidding, so Al opened the bidding. Not only did he win it, he still charged the consignor for the commission, even though he was the one bidding. P*** poor if you ask me.
