Paul SAm not incredibly impressed by most of this lot, in the way that I think of HOFers. However:
R.Alomar - Yup. especially for his position, over 2700 hits, over 1100 rbi, 300 avg. and all those gold gloves. The Hall can't ignore all that. He's a lock, like it or not,
J.Bagwell -- nope
B.Larkin -- nope
J.Gonzalez -- nope
E.Martinez -- Nope, I don't think the voters will go for it. A true killer to be sure, but he needs at least something else to go with it. I admired him, though.
McGriff -- Nope. Some pretty impressive stats but the Hall needs more for an outfielder.
R.Palmiero -- hahahahahahahaha
J.Thome -- Might sneak in if he reaches 600. Not first ballot.
