1888 Allen & Ginter Richmond Cigarette 10 pack shell only. It has a heavy vertical crease on one side. $45 delivered.
The red ink overprint on the tax stamp reads:

Note there is no American Tobacco Company printed on this pack as there is on the common post 1890 packs.
