The signature is in fountain pen from 1932 on a certificate given to Bernard Solick who spent time in the minor leagues as both a player and an umpire. Signed also by Harry Stevens Jr the National Commander of the American Legion and Russell Cook the National Director of Americanism Commission. This is not a printed or stamped signature.
