You're not going to find Jimmie Ripple or Joe Martin (the one who died in 1960) for under $15. Cut signatures of these fellows are tough enough. You might want to be open to accepting cuts on many of these, as 3X5s are next to impossible on a few of them. For instance, I know of only one 3X5 (actually a trimmed GPC) on Joe Martin, and have only encountered two or three cuts of him besides.
