I've seen single coupon sheets out of these booklets go for $45. This one has quite a few stubs that have been filled out by various folks, as well as some un-used forms still left. These were contests for the Spalding Babe Ruth fielding glove, an autographed Babe Ruth ball, and a free trip to Babe's Spring Training Camp.

$200 for something you don't see often!
