Hi,
I have a few brand new "The Glory of Their Times" 4-CD sets for sale. This is, in my opinion, the best baseball item that you can buy if you are interested in Pre-War baseball. This is not a book that is read by a celebrity. This has the actual interviews with Smokey Joe Wood, Sam Crawford, Leon Goslin, Davey Jones, Rube Marquard, Hans Lobert, Jimmy Austin (my favorite interview of the set) and more.
I know I am over-plugging this set. I am selling these for my friend, Henry Thomas, who produced these. And I truly think this is the finest baseball media item I own, and I do have the Ken Burns 10-DVD set.
On another note, my friend Henry also wrote the book, "Walter Johnson - The Big Train". I don't have that book for sale but it is also a great item to own.
The cost for this set is $30, delivered. If you want insurance, that would be an extra $1.30. But I think insurance may not be necessary.
