Nice information - I guess it also depends on how they (stamps) were issued...I have seen three different formats...

sheets, small book (4 to a page) and large book (12 as a center leaflet)

I have the 1970 book with the perforated sheet...Is this what you are looking for? I will have to check to see if killer is on the sheet...I assume he is based on the link that you showed previous...
