I am looking for a more affordable option to my T202 quest and am interested in working in parallel on a set from 59-70. I am looking to buy a starter set for any of these years (other an 67 which I already have).

Am interested in raw and graded. However, I am only interested in cards strictly grader NRMT or plus.
