Dave HornishI have decided to concentrate only on type cards for the tougher Topps test and proof issues, and I have six of these available. SGC has graded each "A" as they are cut from the original proof sheets but as you can see these are in real nice condition. There is a little bit of toning on 3a couple of cards in the last group. These book at $160 apiece in NM in the 2007 Standard Catalog and are far tougher than the cloth sticker (issued) versions.
Prices are shown below but I would also consider trade offers for all or part of the lot (the last scan is a representative back). In terms of trade, any of the following would likely snag the whole lot (YES, SOME PIE IN THE SKY ON MY PART): Slabbed T206 Red Cobb in Collector Grade; or a 1968 Topps Plaks NL Checklist. In a partial trade would be looking for type examples of: 1955 Topps Stamp, 1956 Hocus Pocus series of 23, 1963 Topps Famous American Stamp (Ruth or Gehrig), 1964 Topps Rookie Banquet Card (single player), 1968 Topps Plastic Plak, 1980 Topps Coin. You get the idea.
