From what I can see most 9's sell for 2x what 8's do right now and maybe a little more in some cases where the population is lower. I will consider 1-1 trades if the PSA 8 is weighted heavier in the set and I don't have it - I'm collecting for the registry set so I won't be taking any duplicates except these in 8's.
