Because of the nature of the paper used, these cards are pretty rare in the grades you specify. In total, PSA has graded 6 cards higher than PSA 6. None are on your want list (There is a Heath at PSA 6.5, but it's sepia.) SGC has graded a total of 3 cards higher than SGC 70. (There is a Gomez and a Cronin at SGC 80 and another Cronin at SGC 84.)
I have all of the cards on your list except Case and Higgins (those 2 I have in Sepia.) but I'm "fuzzy" on your condition needs. Only Feller is graded (SGC 60). The rest are raw. If you're interested, let me know and I'll do some work over the weekend and shoot you some scans.
