Now I see where they get the 1948 year for the set. I have always called them ca.1936. The SCD says the card was 1948 because the bio on back notes Ruths death, but that is not true.

BTW Both of them are more common that you think. I have owned about 8-10 and maybe seen 20-25.

The only differences between the 2 variations is the "AAOPBBC" line at very bottom, and the style of the "R" in Ruth at top.
