Dave FMarc, the HOFers you mentioned would probably easily be in the $2000 range assuming they are excellent condition as in PSA 5 condition.
The others I would put at about $1000 in the same condition.
Kind of tough to go with a "fair" offer...if they would come back 4's or 50's you've lost money on the deal.
