If you are looking at the card it is blank white on the top 30% of the card, the bottom 70% of the front of the card is the top half of the Jack Stahl T206. The back is the same with a Piedmont 350 back(top 30% is blank white). Picked up at a show and sent to SGC. They had never seen anything like it per SGC.
