That's a nice little debate. I am not quite sure what you meant. You said:

I guess the curators would allow it because:

1. it's the hobby we love
2. so we can get more cards we need/want
3. because it's fun
4. it's why the board is here
5. it's almost certainly legal (from what I have read)

Or maybe I didn't understand your questioning on it? Hope all is well...
