If Mark doesn't allow an individual a tour it would be because he has a good reason, not because he's being mean. His work day is filled, and he simply may not have the time to give every Beckett subscriber who rings the doorbell a tour. I can assure people that there are no hot springs or pygmy tribes to miss. It's an office building, part of where they grade cards.
