Default personal collecting questions

Posted By: James Gallo

1. What is your focus today, in collecting?

Still working on a few Cracker Jack cards but have mostly moved on to my Boston Store Set.

2. What are the 3 cards you need most?

Boston Store Joe Jackson, Babe Ruth and CJ 1915 Cobb. all in lower grade.

3. Do you like to trade, buy, or a combination when you do acquire your needs?

I would do both but mostly buy, though I have done a few trades in the last year I have been happy with.

4. Has the economy forced you to sell things you wouldn't have otherwise?
Nope.

5. What is your absolute favorite series, why?

Cracker Jack hands down. It was the first pre-war set I was into. I was drawn in by the red colors and the great list of players that included Jackson and cobb. I guess this is one of the only color sets that included both players. E-90 would be the only other one I can think of.

6. How do you enjoy acquiring your cards most- Ebay, auction, BST, shows etc...?

I like shows mostly as I prefer to see my cards up close. I also buy on ebay and at auctions.

7. What do you do for a living, how old are you and where do you live?

I sell collectible toys and cards on ebay. I used to have a brick and mortar store but closed that several years ago. I am 31 and live in a suburb of Philadelphia.

Great idea Leon!!
