Hi Peter,

That's exactly why I inserted the word "generally" and said I wasn't sure if it was a factor here. That was leaving wiggle room for this issue. Plus I wanted to be careful not to make any strong statement that suggested there are big or specific potential liabilities even out there for people to be concerned about, b/c I have no clue that there are any.
