at sgc they have a 2 tier system, first the cards gets graded and put into an sgc holder with the tab, then its looked over a 2nd time to make sure it looks right in the holder at the given grade. if psa had this system someone would have really looked twice before it went off to the shipping dept.

buy the card not the holder... psa has enforced this motto more than anybody
