Update to situation.....Ppal refunded my money today,card returned and signed for. I had to call ppal and tell them to check the online tracking for verification, but they did and refunded my cash right then.
Thirty days from transaction beginning to end. Now the fun part..........Ebay feedback, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
