I rarely post on this Forum, but about 5 months ago I posted a message venting my dismay with Mastro since I wanted to consign a big ticket item for their December 2008 auction and contacted them and I didn't receive a reply back until 3 weeks later. After not hearing from them for a week I decided to go with another major auction house for their December 2008 auction and was quite pleased with the final hammer value and have since been paid.

In short, with all this nonsense going on, thanks Mastro for ignoring me.
