You are correct"on" is ontario. In the last race last night Rodney Sodeen fell off the 2 horse and laid motionless on the track. I knew the horses would be coming around to the finish line and there was no medical help to him yet. I almost ran out on the track just to make sure he was not trampled but the outriders came up just in time. Man that had to hurt falling off in that cold weather.
