Quick question for those of you who have submitted graded cards for review, hoping for a bump up.

If PSA or SGC determines the card to be overgraded, do they bump it down?
If PSA or SGC determines the card to be altered, and never should have recevied a numerical grade, do they remove it from the holder or bump it down?

I'm confident in the authenticity of the card I have, but worrisome over the mood of the grader for any given day.
