A quick bump to ask if anyone out there might have access to minor league data.

I am looking for a pro ballplayer named Ben T. Elkins.
I don't know what team or league he played for or in.
He would have played in 1928 or thereabouts.

I suspect on the West Coast, but it could also be Victoria Denver, Houston, or Greenville. how's that for narrowing it down?


Does anyone out there have a lookup capability for pre-war minor league data?
Perhaps he is in a pre-war card set? like Zeenuts or something?
