Now if that long price listing was for PSA 1's, then we'd have something.

Series 150 cards were subjected to a bit more wear than series 460 cards. The series 460 cards are slightly more likely to be found as an '8' than series 150's.

The likelihood of any particular card being available as a '1' is more consistent than comparing '8's.

So if that price list was cranked out for PSA 1's, then it would be more meaningful.
