But you seem to think that Ted's statement that Dubya never saw action because the F102 was phased out is also based on first-hand knowledge. That is far-fetched. He has no first-hand knowledge whatsoever of GWB's Guard record, his airmanship, or whether or not he could have transitioned to another aircraft. His statement is based on nothing.
