Ted did not share first-hand knowledge about Dubya. His first-hand knowledge concerns F102s, not the particular National Guard pilot in question.

No, I was not in the Air Force. But I was taught to fly, and qualify in aerobatics, by a former Vietnam F4 Phantom pilot
