PC-T206Many feel Reulbach is HOF worthy. His winning percentage and ERA definitely meet (probably exceed) HOF standards. However, I think it is his number of wins -- which is somewhat lower than most of his HOF contemporaries (like Mathewson, McGinnity, Willis) -- has kept him out.
So, he's not really a "common" player, even though he's not a HOFer. That, combined with the relative rarity of the T206/glove version = a somewhat higher price.
Personally, I think the Reulbach/no glove-throwing T206 is a much nicer card, and one of the nicer images in the set. And it sells pretty much at a "common" price.
And Reulbach went to Notre Dame, which is a bonus (for some collectors).
