your not responsible for any unsolicited mail(otherwise the courts would be full of ex ballplayers who didnt return all the stuff sent them to be signed)
It says as much in the paperwork,you dont even return the cover if you decide to send it back.

Pete, it went in the mail today,with all the paperwork, in case you want to sign up for the club,keep the DVD or send it back.
