Thanks for posting, Steve. Great photos.


I saw game 7 of the 1964 World Series in that ball park. Saw my first game the year before. Saw Koufax and Gibson duel one Sunday afternoon, I can close my eyes and hear the pop of the catcher's mitt. I can mimic the sound of the guy who was always at a stand selling "Scorecard, linup, Cardinal yearbook". Got my first baseball autographs there.

Joe D looks like he's all about the business of hitting in the photo.
