Jeff LichtmanAdam, agreed. All that being said, however, 5 years of prison time is a fair sentence in my mind for what he did (in Vegas). My problem with the handling of the case has more to do with the bizarre nature of the witnesses and evidence. How often do you see the main piece of evidence -- the purported tape of the incident -- sold to a tabloid TV program before it being given to the police? And how often do you have witnesses heard on tape claiming they'd be willing to change their testimony for money? I guess only in an OJ case....
