also dave, just to prove how much of a liar you are the reason you got your money back had nothing to do with local authorities since they never contacted me (and you probably never contacted them).

You requested a refund and promised me to send my cards back when you got them-- true or false

I could not do it right away because i was on a business trip- true or false

The second i got home was your money refuned on the day i said i would be getting home true or false

So give me a break as if you had to struggle for weeks threatening me until i decided to refund your money
